Coaching Approach

I truly believe the best way to create a more harmonious family starts with connection.

As a parent coach, my goal is to help you feel more confident, connected, and capable when it comes to communicating with your kids. Because let’s be honest—parenting can be really hard! And there is definitely no one-size-fits-all manual.

Every child is different. Every parent is different. And every family has its own personality, challenges, routines, and beautifully messy dynamics. My approach is all about getting to know you, your child, and what works for your family.

I’m a big believer in responsive parenting, and I see self-regulation as one of the most important pieces of the puzzle. When we as parents can slow down, recognize what’s happening inside of us, and find ways to stay grounded—even when our child is melting down in the middle of the grocery store—we’re able to create a sense of safety for our kids.

And no, that does not mean you have to be calm and zen all the time. (If you figure that one out, please let me know!) It means learning how to understand our emotions, repair when things go sideways, and model the skills we want our children to develop.

I’ve spent more than 30 years working with children as a caretaker, doula, teacher, director, and I’m a parent myself. So I know firsthand that raising kids can be exhausting, hilarious, confusing, rewarding, and sometimes completely overwhelming—all before breakfast!

I also believe that parenting, for all its challenges, is an incredible gift and an opportunity to keep learning and growing right alongside our kids.

Maybe you’re dealing with tantrums, power struggles, big emotions, sleep challenges, sibling battles, or just feeling totally overwhelmed. Maybe you’re thinking, “I love my kid more than anything, but I have no idea what I’m doing right now!”

You’re not alone.

Whether you’re struggling with a specific challenge or simply want to strengthen your connection with your child, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll figure out what’s going on, talk about your parenting goals, and come up with realistic, practical strategies that fit your family.

I’m located in Los Angeles, but I work with parents via Zoom across the world. I’m a Certified Parent Coach through the International Coaching Federation, The American SPCC, and Dandelion Seeds, and I’d love to support you and your family along the way.
